Q2) I have a quiery with the item I ordered, what should I do? Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above explaining the issue and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Q3) How long will it take for me to receive my purchase? Our shops/workroom is open 6 days a week, 7 days during Christmas,but we only post Monday to Friday. Your item will normally be despatched within 5 working days of your order or sooner, non-personalised items like a chain, will be dispatched within 3 working days or sooner. If you buy a name chain or personal item on a Monday for example your item would be posted out on or before the following Monday. Please remember that we do not have any control over Royal Mail and how long it takes for them to deliver items. If you need something for a certain date,please allow yourself enough time. Refer to Question 5 below.
Q4) I haven't received my item, what should I do? Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above so we can look into it for you.We will always provide postal references when neccessary.
Q5) I need my item by a certain date, what should I do? Please select the special delivery option and use the 'Send Us A Message' button above to let us know the date you you would like your item. Please be aware we make all our own names in house,but they take time to make,artwork, cutting, polishing, etc.You cannot order a name chain to be sent out the same day, but most engraving can be done the same day if ordered before 12pm.We always work as quick as we can but manufacturing does take time.
Q6) I have made an error with the name,word or engraving, what should I do? Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button to inform us of any error or changes needed. Again the quicker we are informed the quicker we can resolve the problem.

Q8) What are your postal charges? do you combine shipping? Please refer to each listing for the postal costs as they vary to your requirements. We do combine shipping, so if you order multiple items, please request an invoice or one will automatically be sent to you ASAP.
Q9) What is your refund/exchange policy? All personalised items are made to order and as such we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. On all other stock items,like chains rings etc we offer a full refund excluding the the original postal charges, upon receipt of the returned item. We suggest you send your items back via recorded post for your proof of delivery . If your item is damaged in the post, please use the 'Send Us A Message' button and again we will assist in any way we can. If you are returning an item for a refund or repair, please ensure that you include your full name and address with your eBay ID to help us respond as best we can.Its always advisable if you can include original invoice as this always has all details enclosed.
Q10) Where are your items sourced/made? All our personal items are made by us, to order, in our London Workshop.

PERSONALISED ITEMS Terms of Sale
Your item will made then posted out 2 to 5 working days after we have received payment in full. Please be aware that during the busy times like Christmas, items do take longer as the orders increase as well a greater level of post at that time of year .
We do not offer refunds on personalised items,such as name chains,engraved items photo discs or wedding rings which are personalised.
If there is an error on our behalf we will rectify. If the error is the customers we will endeavour to put right. This may incur a charge so please take care with spelling on name chains and/or engraving. Please be specific when requesting engraving, if you would like capital letters be clear.For example,we will engrave as asked;
If you write ................."happy birthday james" we will copy as written If you need the capitals,"Happy Birthday James" please be clear. If an item is considered to be faulty please return,and we will replace after inspection.. If you buy an item and change your mind, you may prefer a different gauge, length or style,we are happy to exchange for the price difference plus postage.
Our address is on all invoices as is our phone number. The address is also shown below. Please be sure to provide your full name and address and telephone number when making a return as this will allow us to find you quicker. In fact if you can return with invoice it would be helpful.

If you wish to return your item, please send back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original postal costs. The item(s) must be returned unworn in its original condition with it's original box/packaging. Our address is on all invoices and again at the bottom of this page. Please make sure you include your full name and address, telephone number and eBay ID to avoid any delay.
We are not looking to make profit from postage charges. Our postage costs include packaging, the cost of employing staff to pack your item and Royal Mail charges.
We can combine shipping on all items, so please wait for an invoice if you have purchased multiple items.
We offer a range of postage options. For UK Customers we offer the following ...
1st Class Recorded Mail - This Option usually takes 1 - 2 days but can,in some circumstance take up to 2 weeks for Royal Mail to deliver.This will need a signature at your end.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - This option comes with insurance and is guaranteed next day delivery By Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. (please note that this does not mean that your item will arrive next day as some items have to be made, engraved etc.this is a postal option once the order is prepared/packed.). special delivery post has to be ordered by 1pm to receive the next working day. if ordered on a Friday you will receive on a monday with no postal service on the weekends.
For International Customers we offer the following ...
Air Mail Packets - This can take 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on where you are.
International Signed for - This can take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on where you are and will need to be signed for and comes with insurance.
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Valentine's Day, Custom Made items such as Name Chains and engraved items can take longer to ship. During these periods we work very long hours to make sure all items are posted as soon as possible, so please be patient as we try to deliver as best we can. WE WILL ALWAYS SEND ALL ORDERS.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to ensure that all goods sent out are to your liking , however should you have any quiery or you are not satisfied with your item, we will always try to remedy the situation.
The first thing we ask is that you CONTACT US immediately so we can try to help. THE SOONER WE ARE AWARE OF A PROBLEM THE QUICKER WE CAN HELP. We offer a 14 DAY full refund on all items ( minus original post ) with the exception of personalised items such as name chains and engraved items (unless made in error) as these are personalised and made specifically for you. For reasons of hygene ear rings and items of body jewellery can not be exchanged once tried or worn.
With very low cost items which you may wish to return please contact us first as some items can be exchanged prior to return. However this is at our discretion so please contact first.
We have on our eBay store an automated feedback system which will respond to your positive feedback immediately. Before you choose to leave neutral or negative feedback, please contact us so we have the opportunity to satisfy your needs. Negative feedback is counterproductive and doesn't serve buyer or seller in anyway. We would rather help you and keep a customer than just leave you disappointed.
