Q3) How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
Our shops/workroom is open 6 days a week, 7 days during Christmas,but we only post Monday to Friday. Your item will normally be despatched within 5 working days of your order or sooner, non-personalised items like a chain, will be dispatched within 3 working days or sooner. If you buy a name chain or personal item on a Monday for example your item would be posted out on or before the following Monday. Please remember that we do not have any control over Royal Mail and how long it takes for them to deliver items. If you need something for a certain date,please allow yourself enough time. Refer to Question 5 below.
Q4) I haven't received my item, what should I do?
Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above so we can look into it for you.We will always provide postal references when neccessary.
Q5) I need my item by a certain date, what should I do?
Please select the special delivery option and use the 'Send Us A Message' button above to let us know the date you you would like your item. Please be aware we make all our own names in house,but they take time to make,artwork, cutting, polishing, etc.You cannot order a name chain to be sent out the same day, but most engraving can be done the same day if ordered before 12pm.We always work as quick as we can but manufacturing does take time.
Q6) I have made an error with the name,word or engraving, what should I do?
Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button to inform us of any error or changes needed. Again the quicker we are informed the quicker we can resolve the problem.

Q8) What are your postal charges? do you combine shipping?
Please refer to each listing for the postal costs as they vary to your requirements. We do combine shipping, so if you order multiple items, please request an invoice or one will automatically be sent to you ASAP.
Q9) What is your refund/exchange policy?
All personalised items are made to order and as such we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
On all other stock items,like chains rings etc we offer a full refund excluding the the original postal charges, upon receipt of the returned item. We suggest you send your items back via recorded post for your proof of delivery .
If your item is damaged in the post, please use the 'Send Us A Message' button and again we will assist in any way we can.
If you are returning an item for a refund or repair, please ensure that you include your full name and address with your eBay ID to help us respond as best we can.Its always advisable if you can include original invoice as this always has all details enclosed.
Q10) Where are your items sourced/made?
All our personal items are made by us, to order, in our London Workshop.
Q11) My item is a present for someone can I get a giftbox?
All our items come boxed.The packaging will reflect the price of the chosen item.
